Land — You arrive and find a question waiting at your seat. You sit with it quietly before we begin. No small talk required.

Anchor — First name only. One word for where you are right now. Not your title. Not your company. Just you.

Connect — 5 rounds of 4-minute conversations, pre-assigned so there's no awkward milling around. Each round has one honest prompt — not "tell me about yourself" but something that actually goes somewhere.

Surface — We gather and I ask the room one question: "Who did you meet tonight that everyone else should know about — and why?" People introduce each other. Not pitches. Warm hand-offs.

Close — One word. What are you leaving with?
